Papercraft fashion ad campaign for a sale at Laforet Harajuku Grand Bazaar in Japan. That papercraft hair sure is neat!

I’m gonna listen to “Party” all day, cause I got the swag. Yeah I’m drippin’ swagu.
I would have loved to have been Beyonce in any one of the outfits in this video for Halloween, but naturally I could not bear to clash my Givinchy and Louis Vuitton pieces for the sake of one night. Instead, I used that “make it work” mentality to put together this Rachel costume from an over sized dress suit I thrifted and a lot of hairspray. I think it turned out alright.

Will someone please grab Tim Gunn for a game character-themed fashion critique? Please?
Snuggies are probably OUT this year (or for that matter, have always been OUT), but in case you were searching for a hipper Snuggie, Urban Outfitters has you taken care of with animal themed “Buddy” blanket ponchos for the tight price of $89.00! Animal warlock-ry has never been pricier.
Mmm. Funfetti Sweater. (Seriously, I’m hungry.)

Alright guys. It’s the battle of the super freakin’ bad ass fan jackets. Price aside, which vehicular jacket would you sport for an ultimate boost in hip-osity? The Driver’s jacket from DRIVE, or Kaneda’s jacket from AKIRA?
I think I look better in white (plus, I’m a Scorpio), so the Drive jacket would be my personal choice if it wasn’t already totally sold out. Guess I’ll just have to dress up as Ryan Gosling’s toothpick for Halloween instead.

UPDATE: Look what Corey Thompson whipped up:

Mix fashionable hipsters with retro games and you get the “Pop Pop Pixels” fashion editorial for The Ones2Watch. References include Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt and Sonic the Hedgehog, along with some more generalized pixelated motifs.
Banana Republic has just released its Mad Men inspired collection, created in part with Mad Men’s costume designer Janie Bryant. Quite the sophisticated set of outfits, though I’m swooning over the Don Draper-esque Men’s wear as opposed to the Betty Draper-esque Women’s wear.
Alas, purchasing will not help advance the new season of Mad Men to debut before 2012, though maybe you can pass the time by reenacting your favorite scenes in period appropriate fashion. *grumble*
Love this portrayal of Street Fighter chicks as fashionable mademoiselles in Paris. So chic!
