…and speaking of Jack Teagle, that’s one funny Megaman Munny.

Would love to have a set of these custom wrestler toys! Illustrator Jack Teagle created these by modding older toys with paint and putty. The palette and faces are ++! What a great idea.
Measuring the Universe is a terrific visual bite of knowledge created by Hohokum/Wild Rumpus/Frobisher Says artist extraordinaire Richard Hogg for the Royal Observatory Greenwich, delivering a succinct graphical explanation for how we are able to calculate the distance between us and the expanding universe around us. Truly wonderful.

Adventure Game legend Ron Gilbert (aka the Grumpy Gamer) has given us a sneak peek at the motley crew of playable characters featured in his upcoming adventure game atDouble Fine. In addition to The Scientist (my favorite!) featured here, there are The Twins, The Knight, The Adventurer, The Time Traveler, The Hillbilly and The Monk.
A great set of of characters, and lo and behold four out of eight are female! That’s 50% of the playable characters! Pretty neat.

I honestly don’t know what to think about the album art for the Touch My Katamari OST…
It’s…different!

One of my favorite comic artists/internet buddy Andreas Schuster has some really wonderful Skyrim fan art up on the tumblog Skueruem, which looks to be a really decent collection of cool Skyrim illustrations. It’s a small batch for now, but definitely worth checking out! See Andreas’ other Skryim piece “Spriggan in the Morning” below!
This illustration by Glenn Thomas for Pocket Next’s interview with Adam Saltsman is really great, and such a snazzy start to a great interview! This is the first time I’ve visited Pocket Next, and it looks like they have a whole team of graphic artists to supply super pretty banners for their posts. Will visit more often!
P.S. If anyone knows the specific artist of this header, that would be great. I love his/her style!
Update: The artist is Glenn Thomas!
Mildred’s New Year’s resolution is a good one.

Artist Yassine de Vos is doing some really fun and interesting things with pixel art, utlizing perler beads, graph paper and mosaic tiles to compose his works. I love this wacky personified alphabet, but his graph paper totems are also a colorful sight!
